This is vital to the success of a campaign.
   Sfz works closely with the client’s marketing, development and box office to ensure that the leads are produced to yield optimum results.
Leads are organised, distributed and tracked to ensure that:
• Leads are matched to the best caller for the job
• Each solicitation is properly qualified and followed up
• Call backs are scheduled and completed.
The manager makes extensive use of our custom software, to track each caller’s productivity, not simply in terms of sales per hour, but in terms of closing and contact rates. The productivity associated with each lead category is also carefully monitored.
