Sfz – Keeping track
Productivity reports generated from the campaign management software are used to pinpoint problem areas, allowing the manager quickly to focus on individual callers. Callers work in small groups of ten or less, under the direct supervision of one manager ensuring close supervision of the room and allowing an assessment of the relative strengths and weaknesses of that crew.
  Callers take a base salary and commission on sales. In addition, other incentives and bonuses are offered on performance.


Managers

  The manager remains in weekly or more frequent contact with the client. The

Manager's role is to manage the leads and to coach, mentor and motivate the crew to exceed campaign goals. Managers share in the profits of Sfz and are therefore highly motivated.
