Commitment Before each campaign, Sfz accumulates as much information as possible from the client – everything from details about the upcoming season to the best parking locations. Our objective is to anticipate every question that may come up so that the patron is left with the perception that they have just spoken to a knowledgeable representative of the client’s organization, not some third party telemarketing outfit. Sfz conducts campaigns either from its own call centre in Edmonton or (subject to the size and duration of the campaign) from the client's offices. The call room is decorated with our client’s posters, clocks display their local time, the music playing in the background is drawn exclusively from our client's upcoming seasons. |
